Our mods come with a 1-year warranty, ensuring the quality and performance of your piece. However, please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, such as not screwing the crown in properly before contact with water, or damage caused by the wearer. We guarantee to repair any fabrication defect, although such cases are extremely rare. Your satisfaction and the reliability of your watch are our priorities.

A custom mod order contains :

• Water-resistance test
• RFMODS wood and leather case
• Bracelet adjustment tool
• 1-year warranty card

This time depends on where you live. Orders processed for Europe generally take 5 to 7 working days. Worldwide deliveries may take 7 to 16 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Please note that custom watches typically take 4 to 5 weeks to be delivered from the time of payment.
