1. Return Eligibility: We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at  info@rfmods.com or via the contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions, including the return address.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Non-Refundable Items: Custom mods are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
